All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During product launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we will keep you updated.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@kayandwillow.com with your order number and we’ll do what we can to assist you. Alternatively, you may contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number. They will be able to investigate the shipment and provide the most up-to-date information regarding your delivery.
